What is Reiki?
The healer is the channel for Universal Life Force energy that is drawn upon to create balance. The healing energy comes through the healer.
What does Reiki do?
Reiki brings body, mind and soul into balance working on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. This harmonious energy encourages the body to heal itself creating relaxation and calm. Universal life force re-balances and harmonises the energy field of the body. It is also of great benefit in recovery from illness and for animal healing.
Elizabeth Windsong is an initiated spiritual healer of her teacher Gururaj Ananda. She is also initiated into Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. Shamanic practices are intuitively drawn upon in the healing sessions.
Elizabeth is happy to arrange healing sessions with you. However, long term dependency is discouraged by giving you simple and effective methods for self-healing which you may continue with when a state of balance is created.
