What is Soul Counselling?

In Soul Counselling there is recognition that a Higher Force is at work in our lives. It is the journey of looking within oneself to find answers to the questions we may have about how to improve our live by dealing with issues that many suffer from such as guilt, regrets and fears. These feelings deep within us manifest in many ways and can cause deep pain on the mental, emotional and physical levels. You may have tried many different avenues, trying to find the solution to why you’re not truly happy. I know I certainly did! I learned something from each of the wonderful souls I met along my path but the big questions still remained. How do I actually do it? How do I find the deep peace and contentment I so long for? It was when I finally understood that everything I was searching for was within. All I had to do was access my own Truth. I went on to do just that, finding what worked for me.

Knowing our own Heart

We can access the higher aspects of ourselves that go far beyond the mind level to truly begin to experience our own heart, the essence of who we really are. Having a spiritual perspective gives us a positive approach to personal problems and can give great release from:

• guilt
• addictions
• neediness in relationships
• feeling total responsibility in relationships
• low self-esteem and lack of confidence
• deep sadness
• feeling ‘lost’

Finding ‘you’

Whatever the problems are, in our hearts, no-one chooses to be unhappy. They just don’t know how not to be. As each small step is taken you can begin to experience the joy of who you really are. You can truly begin to live simply by understanding that you can! You are allowed to be a happy and fulfilled being!

My journey to knowing who I truly am has been long and arduous and has given me the greatest gift of life experience, of knowing my own heart and recognising the true heart of others. For that I have much gratitude. Your journey does not need to be long, we are in a different time now, a different energy. Each of us has the answers within.

My part in this sharing relationship is to guide the person toward their own answers and understandings, to their true natures. It is the heart that always speaks our highest truth. It is the heart we must connect with to feel whole again.

The one thing every human being has in common is that we all desire to truly live, love and laugh! And you can! It is accessible and guess what? It is allowed! It is all so simple. You are truly beautiful and special, an empowered being who deserves to fully experience the wonders of being truly alive, experiencing fulfilment and purpose in your life.

You don’t need to be alone. There are many lightworkers out here with experience you can benefit from. If you are not drawn to contact me, you will be drawn to another who can help you. When we ask within to be led to the right direction, the answer is shown to us. My purpose is to guide and support you, to help you feel lighter and more energised by the end of our sessions together. Try out your wings and fly! You can do it, we all can.

Soul Counselling recognises that:

I work with spiritual awareness and help guide you to find your answers from your own heart, while not forgetting the head. The balance of the heart and mind assists us to find our own unique answers within. I do not give direct advice but will suggest positive ways of how you can move forward from the space of your heart. I am not a psychotherapist but use my many years of life experience and teachings from my Yogic Master to give soul guidance. I nurture and honour your journey.

My work is not based on any religion or dogma but takes the view that we are all universal beings sharing the same story, the search for happiness.

• First 30 minutes: FREE
• Face to face sessions: £32
• If you would like counselling and are unable to afford the fee, please contact me to arrange for you to use the Honour System (no proof required).

Telephone Guidance Service - to ease the way for your Soul Unfoldment

If you are unable to travel to me and would like Soul Counselling, why not use my Telephone Guidance Service? The first chat of about 30 minutes is free. This is to give you the opportunity to decide about going forward in Soul Counselling with me. Due to the economic situation, my fees are kept to a minimum and I charge £26 for around 1 hour. If you would like counselling and are unable to afford the fee please contact me to arrange for you to use the Honour System (no proof required).
